Purpose: The Culinary Arts associates level program offers students with a passion for cooking core classes related to the Culinary industry that will prepare them for entry level cook positions within hotels, restaurants, clubs, and other culinary industries. The objective of the program is to give students an array of culinary skills that are utilized in today’s food service industry.

Program Requirements: In addition to the general requirements for ACC, entry into the Culinary Arts program requires an industry approved knife kit and chef uniform.
