Overview of the normal physical, psychosocial, and cultural aspects of the aging process. Addresses common disease processes of aging and explores perceptions towards care of the older adult. End of-Course Outcomes: the student will describe the aspects of aging; discuss disease processes associated with aging; and identify perceptions related to care of the older adult.
