Basic theory and processes of communication skills necessary for the management of an organization’s workforce. A comprehensive study of communications skills for managers. Includes techniques in reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Emphasizes clear, concise written and verbal/non-verbal communication. Also covers skills for time management.
