Purpose: The Occupational Skills Awards (OSAs) provide a quick, marketable distinction, showcasing foundational industry knowledge that can set a candidate apart during the hiring process.

The course combination for this occupational skills award is embedded in the CERT Level 2 and offers a balanced focus on strategy, finance, and quality, essential for those looking to advance into management roles that require a broad understanding of how to steer a company towards achieving its goals efficiently and effectively. Students who complete this OSA will qualify to take the Certified Nonprofit Alliance Certification exam.
