Purpose: The Occupational Skills Awards (OSAs) provide a quick, marketable distinction, showcasing foundational industry knowledge that can set a candidate apart during the hiring process.

Integrating a Entrepreneurial Management Occupational Skill Award (OSA) into the Business Management associate degree expands students’ career opportunities by equipping them with specialized skills in business planning and marketing, financial management, and legal aspects of entrepreneurship, crucial for the start up sector.
