Equips students with essential skills for small business management while emphasizing innovation and competitive advantage. Students learn practical approaches to planning, leading, organizing, staffing, and controlling operations alongside effective marketing, sales, and inventory management techniques Students develop their own business concepts, refining ideas through market research, operational planning, and financial modeling. Special emphasis is placed on identifying innovative operational efficiencies and competitive advantages. The course prepares students to conduct a business pitch where students demonstrate mastery of entrepreneurial operations while providing valuable feedback and networking opportunities. Graduates will possess the operational knowledge, innovative mindset, and presentation skills necessary to effectively compete in entrepreneurial environments.
